The Virdi AC-2200RFH is a slimline biometric terminal from Union Community's AC-2200 series, designed for door frames and narrow mullions. It verifies users by fingerprint, RFID card or a Bluetooth mobile key, and is sealed to IP65 so it can be installed indoors or outdoors.
Virdi's patented optical sensor detects fake fingerprints made from paper, film, silicone or rubber. The terminal has a 1.77-inch colour touch screen, four function keys for attendance, and a 640 × 480 camera that captures an image with each transaction. It stores up to 10,000 users (1:1), 5,000 fingerprint templates (1:N) and 100,000 events.
It connects over TCP/IP, RS485 (with OSDP) and Wiegand in/out, so it can work standalone, on a network with UNIS or UniWorks software, or as a reader for third-party access control panels. Shelly International supplies the AC-2200RFH in Bangladesh with locks, software and installation.
