This is the dedicated gooseneck microphone for TOA's TS-D1000 digital conference system. It plugs into the TS-D1000-CU chairman unit or TS-D1000-DU delegate unit, and an illuminated red ring on the mic head shows at a glance when the microphone is live.
It is a unidirectional electret condenser mic with a 100 Hz–13 kHz response, so it picks up the speaker's voice and rejects room noise. A two-section flexible gooseneck lets each speaker set the angle. Two lengths are available: TS-D1000-M1 (518 mm) and TS-D1000-M2 (668 mm, comfortable for standing speakers).
